Dean is a registered assistant to Matthew Eberly with Summit Pointe Advisors, he joined the team in 2025. He entered the industry in 1983 where he is was a producer and a member of the National Honor Associate for outstanding service and production. Went into management and made conference 2 out of 3 years. Dean joined Met life when his company sold his division to another entity. After his company demutualized, Dean went to Prudential for 3 years as a managing partner. Once again, the company demutualized and he wanted to work for a mutual company. Dean then went to MassMutual under the guidance of Gary Wienken as a recruiter, trainer, and OSJ member.
